E. A. Becker & Associates, Inc. is an independent employee benefits broker and consulting firm that provides superior service and program support to over 180 client firms located throughout Michigan. E. A. Becker & Associates, Inc. was founded by Edward A. Becker, Sr. of Saginaw, MI. Our founder began his career in the Life- Health Insurance Industry in 1959 with The Equitable Life Assurance Society of the U. S. (NY). In 1961 he became specialized in the group insurance and employee benefits field.

Rebecca E. Tobias
President
Joined E. A. Becker & Associates in 1995. Ms. Tobias is a Licensed Resident Agent qualified in Accident and Health, Life, and Variable Contracts and member of National Association of Health Underwriters, and current member of both The Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan Statewide Agent Advisory Council and Regional Council. Rebecca Tobias brings an extensive background in insurance and employee benefits, human resources, accounting, and financial management. Associate in Business Studies -- Accounting.
Edward A. Becker Jr.
Senior Consultant
Joined the firm in 1979 as an account service manager. Mr. Becker is a Michigan Licensed Resident Agent qualified in Accident and Health, Life, Multiple Lines (Property and Casualty), and Variable Contracts and also a Licensed Resident Life Insurance Counselor (LIC). Edward A. Becker, Jr., is a past chairman and a long term member of the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan* Statewide Agents Advisory Council, a former health chairman of the Saginaw Association of Life Underwriters, a charter member of the Association of Health Insurance Agents, a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters, National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, and a former charter member of the Michigan Coalition For Positive Healthcare Reform. Educated at Delta College, Bay City, MI, and Eastern Michigan University, Ypsilanti, MI.
Amanda Carroll
Director of Sales and Marketing
Joined E. A. Becker & Associates in 2015. Mrs. Carroll is a Licensed Resident Agent qualified in Accident and Health, Life, and Variable Contracts and member of National Association of Health Underwriters. She brings nearly a decade of experience in both sales and marketing. Mrs. Carroll earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Davenport University.

Joined E. A. Becker & Associates in 2002. Mrs. Bellor has over 20 years' experience working within the insurance business at the capacity of Account Service Representative and Customer Service Representative, and specializing in resolving claim and billing issues within a timely manner.
